A Few Finished Projects

While I'm getting ready to start Chapter 2 of my White Cat Sequel, I've also finished a few other projects. I've put together two new Creative Journey albums.  The first one is the making of Naomi's Wedding Gown. It combines all the Blog posts into one cohesive album, and links to the Medieval/Renaissance Gowns pattern that I used...

The second Creative Journey is the making of the new dragon, Saphira. Again, it combines all the separate Blog posts into a single album.

Then, since we've finally come to the end of the Scilla season, There's an album with all the photos of my Fashion sized dolls taken in the flowers, both on the town line and in my backyard....

I still have a few more things to take care of, and then we can continue with the White Cat Story. I had a lot of fun photographing many of the sequences for the next chapter, so stay tuned....

Dear Martha, you have given us some great Summer reads. I am looking forward to Naomi's story. Her wedding ensemble is stunning.

Naomi and Baron's wedding is still a ways off. I'm in the process of making three flower girls dresses at the moment, and I need some architectural props, and then I just have to wait until the back garden looks nice enough.

So first there will be Chapter 2 of 'Happily Ever After?' Maybe even Chapter 3.

Your creative journeys are always a treat. Seeing how you develop a costume from fabric to finished gown (or dragon) is fascinating and instructive. Thank you for taking the time to pull all the individual blog entries into complete stories.

It was good to see the entry you included about this being a copyrighted post. Having your posts stolen and posted uncredited without your permission is both disgraceful and disgusting behaviour on the perpetrators' part.

Thanks. It's much easier to find the background information on a project when it's all together in one place, as opposed to scattered between other posts on my Blog.

Plus it's important to me to put all the Blog posts together into actual albums, since when I create a zip copy of my site, only the last ten blog posts get copied, so everything earlier disappears, and is gone forever. So I'm just thinking ahead.
