The baby dragons and the Elf twins soon became the best of friends.
Emily and Nuri enjoyed going into the woods and picking wildflowers I knit a new sweater, specially for Jude... And with their children, ready to leave on an adventure...
Lawrence & Monica went all the way to land's end, where lilacs grow everywhere... They grow as wind-rows along farmer's fields, and along many roads.
Wellington Beach was also a nice spot for a quiet lunch.... Monica had packed all kinds of delicious things...
Left on their own in the lair for a few minutes, the little ones were curious to see what was in one of the big chests... It was full of treasures.. "Look at all the sparkly things!" "What are you children doing??" "Those are precious family heirlooms!!" "They are not toys for you to play with!" "Put them away at once!" So they quickly put everything back in the chest... "We're sorry Mama..." "That's better!" "Now go and play outside!"
There is a nice park in the town of Wellington, which is situated on a spit into the lake. There's a lovely beach and boardwalk where Lawrence and Monica could just sit and relax, and watch the waves roll in...
The new friends were having lots of fun together, and then Willie brought out an armload of lollipops... "Who wants one?"
Lawrence and Monica came along on a trip out to Prince Edward County to see the lilacs.
First stop was the lakeside park at Bond Head The baby dragons were a week old when Willie brought Avery and Emily to meet them.... Everyone was a little shy at first... Then Sparkle started showing Emily her pull toy... ..and Elliot and Nuri invited Avery to build towers with their blocks... Then Scorch invited Avery to join him on his hobby horse... Winston was happy to see all the children getting along so well.
