The biggest problem, as I see it, is when someone asks a question in a much older post - like from years ago. I used to get email notifications, so I could go to that post and answer promptly. But without the notifications there's no way to know anymore.
I've been in contact with the Weebly HELP line several times, and each time they tell me that the email notifications had been turned off. Well, not by me. I never touched anything. So then they turn it back on and I get maybe one or two emails within the next few hours afterwards, then nothing again. I contact them again, they say the same thing, turn it back on, I get an email within the hour, then nothing again.
If this continues I may have to move my website somewhere else. My son tells me that he can copy this entire existing website over, so nothing will be lost. But I hate change, and I will have to learn a whole new way of doing things, so I've set myself a goal this month to update EVERYTHING, so should I end up having to move my website, I won't immediately be buried with stuff to update. Might as well have it all ready beforehand.
That includes adding the tutorials and patterns that I did years ago for BJDCollectasy. Back in 2011 and 2012 I did several for her, and my website only had the links to where they were put on her site. I figure enough time has gone by that I can finally put the tutorials up on my own site in their entirety as well. Makes it a lot easier for people to find them.
Anyways, I need to contact Weebly again about the ongoing problem.....for the fifth time.....
