After spending the first part of the morning in Emergency in Twillingate, and being diagnosed with pneumonia, I was feeling more upbeat. I finally knew what was wrong, was on antibiotics, and felt hopeful that I'd be feeling a lot better very soon. And I felt like taking doll pictures again!

There was a small parkette along the water's edge in town, where there were picnic tables.
Perfect! The table could double as a doll-size 'dock', and I could sit comfortably to take pictures.

Lonnie also wanted to take pictures....

Milo had some lobsters...

...and everyone gathered around to see...

Great that you got a diagnosis......even if it was pneumonia!

And I love these photos of the children at the harbour. And I love all the little extra props you have too. Perfect.....just perfect!

It was a huge sense of relief having seen a doctor.

I was really happy with these photos. It's so much easier to sit at a table to set up a scene. Then I have much better control of the posing, and the feeling I'm trying to get across.

I love the photos with your fantastic props. Half the car must have been stuffed with those things. :-)

I had two boxes full of props. One of the boxes is one of my standard homemade doll boxes, that fits in the upper compartment with all the dolls (it has all the small props) and the second is a larger box that holds the bigger props (like bikes, lobster traps, the boat, and lawn furniture) and it gets stored in an outside compartment.

When I know roughly where we are going, I choose all kinds of things I think I might need. Half never get used, but it's better to bring too much, than too little.

It's the advantage of taking road trips in an RV.
