Time for Bed

Baron went to check on Naomi, and found her sitting on the edge of the bed....

"How are you doing?"

"I'm okay..... but it's still hard for me to believe I'm really here...."

"Could I ask a favour.....would you stay here with me....at least until I fall asleep?"

"Yes, I can stay.....and keep watch.....in case you wake up......"

So Baron kissed her goodnight, and made himself as comfortable as possible in the chair in the corner....

...and Naomi finally drifted off to sleep....

It looked like it might be a long night....

I absolutely love this last series of photos! Just beautiful! And I love how you switched things up to make a really great bedroom! Fantastic work as always on every little thing Martha!

Thanks. I really love these photos too. So romantic.

I had to create believable separate 'rooms' for the various scenes. They all would have had stone walls and a fireplace, but the decor would be different.

Love his pose in the chair, so very realistic!! I love the bedroom too, the fur at the bottom of the bed. Love how realistic the stone walls look. I would love to be able to create something like this! Just beautiful and yes, so very romantic with the soft candle light!

I really had to fight with him to make him sit in that chair like that.

The background 'stone' walls are painted foam core, but the three 'stone pillars' are Halloween props I came across at Value Village a few years back. They are painted, pressed styrofoam, and have skulls on the tops (one is missing it). I enhanced their flat gray paint some, and always keep the skulls facing away from the camera so they just look like 'knobs', and move the pillars around as needed. I should really look for a styrofoam ball to top the third pillar.
