My three little fantasy girls together.....
Well, another fantasy costume is finished! That makes four so far. Problem is, I'm doing my best to resist taking pictures with Miles (or Milo) until he gets a face up. So I only took photos of the girls. I had been using Bonnie as my model while I was sewing the costume, but Bonnie looked too washed out - the outfit needed someone with red hair, so now Holly is my little elf. A photo of the two elf sisters, together.... When I initially painted the bottom edges of the dress, the green dried too light, so I redid it with a darker, brighter green. It's a bit bright, but then this elf is just a little girl, so it works. My three little fantasy girls together..... Byuri in the Celtic outfit, with Holly as an elf... I'm at a point now where I need to take a short break. There's another doll birthday coming up, and I have nothing made for it. It's Tillie's birthday coming up, and she has nothing special to wear, and I also thought I'd do a tutorial when I make this next cake. So I need to take a short break from the fantasy costumes. But maybe it would be a good time to fit in some bows and arrows while I'm wiring on the new projects. There's a lot of drying time involved with bows and arrows, so maybe I can 'multi-task'.

I am just speechless over these costumes, they are so amazing! You really have such a special talent. They all look so beautiful and I can't even pick a favorite as they are just lovely. I am new to doll collecting and am curious what kind of dolls they are? Their faces are stunning.

The dolls are Asian Ball-Jointed Dolls, specifically from Iplehouse in Korea - http://iplehouse.com/home/?page_no=en_index&nhn1=en The dolls in these pictures are two of their BIDs (Baby Iplehouse Dolls) Byuri and Bono, and KID Lonnie. The dolls were ordered blank, and they were painted by my friend Charie Wilson Grenier
