When Avery and Emily arrived at the designated meeting place, the dragons were already there. They had flown ahead to pick up some lunch.

Emily and Avery joined their friends at the picnic table...

"I hope you all enjoy this, because there won't be any more fast food up in the wilderness."

Winston was studying the map...

While the children enjoyed their lunch.

"After lunch we will head further north, and I think from now on we need to stay together."

They are the most adorable little group of adventurers! The elf twins and baby dragons are so funny. They make you smile just looking at them.

And every one of them is wearing a colourful scarf! Snoopy would be envious, his is plain old white. 😄

Thank you. Those twins and little dragons are just too cute.. After coming up with a 'hot air balloon' for Balloon Day in Early October, I thought they'd make a great group to take along on our annual fall trip up north. We always go to the same old places, and a balloon trip would make for an entirely new adventure.

But we left later than usual, and temperatures were going to be down just above freezing, so everyone needed scarves, because the last thing they needed was a dragon catching a cold.
