I didn't think to take a 'behind-the-scenes' shot of the Fantasy Banquet until all the dolls, the mushrooms, and most of the chairs had already been cleaned up. It was a really hot, humid day, with threat of rain at any moment, and as I came back into the backyard after bringing another handful of dolls back into the house, it occurred to me that I should really take a photo.....

Martha, thanks for the behind the scene shot! I always like to see how you create the scenes. It's amazing how you can make the party look so intimate in an open space. The little tree roots(?) behind the party make it look like they are deep in the forest. You could do a whole segment on "scene" photography. Just lovely!

It's all in learning to 'narrow' your vision to just what's going to be in the photo.
