I'm making some warm-weather clothes for my dolls. I've started two sundress outfits in KID size, and a little T-shirt for the BIDs. We went to Value Village on the weekend, and I picked up several little onesies in tiny stripes and prints - the three stripes in the upper middle, and the tiny floral print to the left. I also found a nice baby dress made of the softest pink print corduroy, which had stretch blue print ruffles. I'm making a T-shirt out of the blue fabric, and will make a pair of over-alls out of the pink corduroy. The blue and pink sundress will get a pink strip T-shirt underneath, and the yellow print sundress will get some dark pink stripe leggings...... Iplehouse recently discontinued quite a few of their older doll sculpts. There was one little BID - Ringo - who I didn't care for years ago when he first came out - but I came to like a lot more. He has a big pout and makes me smile every time I see him. He reminds me so much of a certain little person who always pouts like that every time she doesn't get her own way. I had always thought the photo opportunities would be quite limited with someone so "down", but who says every doll has to be in every photo? Anyway, at the last minute, Jan ordered him as a birthday present.....
