Stocking Up

With the world gone nuts hoarding toilet paper, I thought I better make sure my kids don't run out, so I made a whole bunch....

I think there should be enough for now.....

...and just in case it continues into the summer, I made some special 'Rapid Dissolving'
for use in RV septic systems....

*Only two are real rolls - the same ones I've been using for years (yes, a roll does last that long around here). All the packaged rolls are made from slender paper tubes that I've saved. They were cut to length (for double and triple roll stacks), the ends traced onto cardboard, cut out and a hole punched in the middle, then glued onto the end of the rolls. I trimmed off any excess cardboard, and painted the edges white. Then I sponge painted the rolls with white and cream paint to simulate the texture of the real rolls.  I found the labels on the Internet, scaled them to size, printed them out, glued them onto the double rolls, and covered them all with plastic wrap.

I thought I'd make light of the current situation, and do a toilet paper series.

You’re sure that’s enough? I mean you‘ve plenty of dolls and 1 roll for one doll must be🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

It averages out to about one roll for every two dolls (or more) Good thing they don't need a lot.

I'm laughing too!

I think I should print it out and pin it up at the local grocery store... on the empty toilet paper shelves :o)

I can't go to the store. Jan has been sick for two weeks now and we are still in isolation for the foreseeable future. Hopefully by the time he's recovered - and I don't catch it - the stores might be stocked back to normal.
