Effie is adorable singing her little heart out!

Asa is as elegant in modern dress as she is as Queen of the Night. Her "home" is as elegant as she is.

Thanks! the way she's dressed, it looks like a dress rehearsal for some concert.

My Asa 'insisted' on that outfit. It's not at all what I had in mind when I started making something contemporary for her. I actually started with knitting a sweater, fully intending for her to be wearing pretty much the same thing as my other contemporary ladies. But first she wanted a dress with the sweater, so I bought a scarf at Value Village in the colours to go with the sweater, and when i made the dress, suddenly the sweater no longer looked appropriate. So I made a jacket to go with the dress instead. It's a look that really suits her. Definitely a step above, and more sophisticated than the other ladies.

Martha, I think I heard Asa performing at the Met in New York not too long ago (smile). What a cute story.
