Sewing

I've been busy sewing tiny outfits for Willie, so there's been no time to take any new doll photos. I'm making six little outfits, three of each design. The dresses were done, and the hats were sewn. Then I had to wet and braid the hair. The blonde ones are for my own Willie. The ones for sale have white hair, to better match the white eyebrows most people's Willie's have.

All the hats got lace ruffles on the back edges, and black silk ribbon ties.
Then all the tiny pantaloons were sewn....

...and finally one of each design was done.....

Willie also has some proper shoes now. I ordered several pairs from AliExpress.
They are 3.5 Mini Shoes for BJD Joint Blythe, and fit over socks....

Willie is quite the fashion plate now (laugh). I love the outfits and hats.

Yes, who would have guessed that this tiny person would end up with such an extensive wardrobe? Not me.

Those outfits are really cute and right out of a fairy tale! Willie looks very "domestic" in them.

I love the photo of the hats drying on the cake rack. They almost look like edible treats :o)

Thanks! I was going after something that looked like what the witches in those old German fairytale illustrations would wear.

They seriously make me think I should make her a gingerbread cottage some day. Or maybe one that looks like gingerbread, so it can be taken out into the woods for photos.

A gingerbread cottage in the forest would be really cute. But I can't see Willie popping children in her oven!! LOL

Of course not! If anything, she'd have them help her bake cookies

Yes, a gingerbread cottage with a big garage in which Winston can reside. I can see the two of them on Saturday mornings having tea and toast and working on a crossword.
