Ringo has Arrived!

I wasn't going to miss another delivery, so stuck an 'Out of Order" note on my doorbell, and sure enough there was a loud knock on my door - even before I had breakfast.  Ringo had arrived!

Bonnie and Erzulie, being the only two little girls still dressed, wanted to help unpack the box.
They seemed a bit confused when one package had a pair of jeans, and two others had back-packs. Huh?  Who could be in there?   It was a BOY!   And as soon as he saw them and realized he was totally naked, he grabbed the pants.

He said his name was Ringo, and he was a little sad, wondering where he was. The girls let him get dressed in private, then tried to comfort him. Bonnie took his bear out of his back-pack....

I gave him the socks and top I'd made, and found a wig that would do for now. I also changed his eyes to 10 mm gray glass.  He makes me laugh, he's so forlorn-looking. People have said before that some of my dolls are so depressed-looking, well now I've finally got one who really is. I'm not sure whether he's actually sad, depressed, angry, or just plain pouty. A lot will depend on his face up, and the camera angles.  One thing for sure, he's not just another happy little doll....

He is still adorable no matter how grumpy he looks.

Congratulations! And well done about the notice on the door bell too!

This is the first time I have seen an Iplehouse Ringo! So I wasn't expecting a small doll and I wasn't expecting a pout! LOL!
I think you will have a lot of run with this new guy.

Goodness he's cute even without a faceup! Love the little outfit you made for him. Looks like the girls are going to enjoy mothering him.
