Puppies in the Dandelions

It was a very cool spring day, so Bonnie and Erzulie put on their sweaters to go to the park.
There they met a boy playing with his puppies in the dandelions.

Bonnie immediately got down to pet them, but Erzulie was a bit hesitant......

With it being spring again, I face the dilemma of what photos to take where. I figured the flowers come out again every year, and I don't want the same dolls in the same flowers year after year, so this year I'm trying to focus on dolls who either weren't around last time, or who rarely get out.

Well I think Erzulie was right to be cautious. She is most likely like me, likes dogs and puppies but isn't that confident near them!

And I don't ever think of your photos as seasonal repeats.....ever! Each photo is new and beautiful.
I love and am so inspired by your doll play and photography......thank you so much for sharing so much!

Erzulie is like me - likes to see puppies from a distance - and is not a fan of having them jump up on her or sniffing her.

What I meant was that I don't want to take the same dolls in the same outfits, doing the same things in the same flowers year after year. I need to come up with new things. Which is why I'm using lesser-used dolls, and switching everyone's outfits around.

These photos with the dandelions are lovely ! I especially like the first one. In my case I'm never tired of your photos or your girls (and boys).

Thanks! I've stayed away from dandelions in the past, thinking they were too large and out of scale for the smallest dolls, but it's not turning out too bad. Of course, I've been looking for fields where the dandelions are very low to the ground.
