Moving On

Well, Talyssa's broken finger has been glued back on for the time being, and I covered it with the tiniest of bandaids. I had to cut down the smallest bandaid in the Our Generation 'Under the Weather' accessory package. This girl has tiny fingers, and her resin is so smooth the bandaid wouldn't even stick, so I had to cut a tiny strip of tape to wrap around it, to hold it on...

I also tried a different wig on her. I bought the one she had on first specifically for her, thinking she'd look best in the shorter, straighter hair, but that wig was so puffy without the hat, and it would barely stay on. This curly one is the Ellowyne Rose wig I ordered for Miho. I do like the curly look, but it's way too long. I think I prefer the shorter, straighter look with bangs. Both wigs will need a lot of trimming, so i need to decide which wig she looks best in, before I start cutting.

I like both hairstyles and just by looking at the pictures, i would prefere the darker wig.

She photographs so well ........but what a shock about that broken finger *gasp*
I am so pleased that Grace is going to get it sorted for you.

Have you had time to make a decision about the wig yet?

Wigs are often such a pain, and I really dislike messing with hair. I put the first, shorter brown one back on - properly, like it's supposed to sit on her head- but the bangs came down to her chin, so I gave it a trim, but now the bangs are too thick in my opinion. Also these dolls have such high heads, and the wig is way too pouty up front to be worn without a hat to keep it down - and minimize the huge upper head.
