There were a few good photos of Isar, and this is one of my favourites.
In late afternoon, the sun was hazy behind thin clouds, so I packed up all four fairies and we went down to the lake. I only managed to take a few photos of Isar - in two spots, one of which the photos didn't work at all. I didn't feel like trying the other fairies, so we just went home. Maybe I can find a spot in the backyard tomorrow after-all. There were a few good photos of Isar, and this is one of my favourites. Someone on DoA wanted to know what Asa's head would look like on a JID boy's body, so I thought I'd give it a try. Looks pretty good! With a more masculine faceup, and a bit of sanding to open up the bottom of the head so it sits lower on the neck, and it would be perfect.

Your costumes and your pictures are always amazing. The first thing I do when I wake up in the morning is looking if there is a new post on your blog, it's the best way for me to begin the day.

I'm not that keen on sewing for boys either, but I decided I needed some for my photo adventures. Once one of my boys gets an outfit though, they pretty much stay like that forever. It's just hard to find nice masculine-looking boys - most are so "girly" - which is made even more so by the wigs, few of which look like boy's hairstyles. So far all my boys have ended up with homemade wigs.
