But here's a few miscellaneous photos I did get...
After discovering the woods up Church Street the other day - the ones with all the hiking trails - I decided to go back with a few of my Fantasy crew. The lighting was much better than the day before, but it proved so much harder taking photos of a group of much smaller dolls. With Asa the other day, I just stood far back and shot with my tele-photo lens, but with the small dolls the only way to get a decent picture is to either sit or lay right down on the ground. I did bring a rubber mat, but it was ever so slippery, and I ended up soaked from the snow anyways. So I didn't get exactly the photos I'd wanted - at least not the little story I was hoping for. But here's a few miscellaneous photos I did get... I'd have liked to have gone back this morning and try fill in the intended story, but today it's clear blue sky with sunshine, and that just won't do. Then the next few days the temperature is going way up with rain, so that will probably be the end of the snow.

They're wonderful pictures! It's fun seeing your Fantasy crew and their dragon outside for their first adventure. It's just a shame the weather won't co-operate!

It's really hard taking photos outside in the winter. Ideally for me, it should be lightly snowing on an overcast day with the temperature around zero. Nice freshly-fallen snow, just a few centimetres deep so it doesn't look out of scale with the small dolls. And then a good location not overgrown with weeds to throw off the scale, and preferably on a bit of a hill with the main scene down below in the background. Not asking for much am I?

Glad to see the dragon is working so well. I really have got to star taking my dolls out more. You are such an inspiration.

Oh wow, your group looks wonderful in the snow. And the dragon works perfect with them.
