In the Ruins

I've been wanting to take Jamie's family to the Guild Inn for some photos in the ruins, before they leave their 'barbarian' duds behind and travel a few centuries into the future.

I prefer to go early on a weekday when there's less people, but the weather hasn't been cooperating. It was supposed to be bright sunshine today, but it started out rather hazy, which is perfect for photos, so I packed everything up, and we headed on over.

We arrived at 9, and were just the second car in the parking lot. Perfect! So we headed to my favourite spot first....

The Ruins are such a perfect spot for photos! Jamie and his family look right at home there. The ladies found a good spot for a rest, while Jamie and Jude are carefully watching over them.

The Ruins are a perfect spot for photos of my Fantasy characters, although it can be a challenge to come up with different poses in different locations, so the photos aren't always the same. Only some of the ruins work with the dolls.

I love the photographs you take in the Ruins. The family is definitely enjoying some together time.

Thanks. I wanted to take a few more photos of Jamie's family together in their Celtic costumes, before they all travelled to a different time period.
