My Carina spent the last year in the display case wearing a gown that was for sale, because I didn't want to fold it up and get it all creased, but now that's finally sold and gone on to a new home, my Carina was able to get back into her own gown again. So I had to take some photos....

How beautiful she is. Is she Iplehouse?

Yes, she's an Iplehouse EID, one of their big girls. One of my first BJDs. IH has now released her in FID size like Bianca as well, but I don't have her that size.

How lovely she looks. I really love these photos. The setting works so well. And what a beautiful setting it is! You have a gorgeous garden! And, of course, her outfit is stunning.

Thanks! My garden does look nice when it's 'small' in the background. Up close not so much. And not for too much longer either since it's already almost mid September. Then it's six whole months or more of nothing.

Your pictures are piece of art - your Carina in her beautiful gown, the settings, your amazing garden. She seems to be a little melancholic though and maybe a little sad - like she is waiting for her prince who is late.

I thought the same - that's she's waiting for an EID size Rex to come sweep her off her feet.

She is so beautiful and serene, and yes, waiting for her handsome prince to come.

I've always admired your lovely Carina - such a romantic woman, and her outfit and the garden setting are also beautiful. Very evocative portraits! Comments are closed.
