I really liked Lawrence and Monica in contemporary clothes, and decided to make Lawrence an overcoat. I also made him a shirt and knit him a sweater and scarf. Then the two of them went out shopping together....  They went to the Courtyard Square in Pickering Village...
Its wasn't very busy there...  Lawrence bought her some flowers...

Thanks. I wanted him to have a more formal look, with a real coat. I wanted to release the pattern for it, but I still need to tweak a few things.

They make such a great looking contemporary couple, and I love how you have them out and about doing very ordinary, modern activities. However, as great as they look, they make a really extraordinary looking fantasy couple! It is fun to see them shift from world to world, so I'll be anticipating their return to the past. Do you thin they may someday "time travel" with Baron and Naomi? It would be interesting to see the four of them together in both worlds.

They do look fantastic as their usual royal medieval selves, it's just I wanted to try something different with them for a change. But they will be returning to their own time again very soon. I just have one more photo shoot in mind for them - if we'd just get some snow - and then they'll be heading back. Comments are closed.
