I finished Iris' gown this morning, and really wanted to take some photos of her and Steve outside, but it's like a sauna out there, so I took a few quick photos inside. So here's the finished gown with all the basting removed from the pleats, so they hang properly like they should..... Steve loves how his wife looks in her new gown..... ...and figures he better take her out on some classy dates, so she can wear it....

Maybe he could take her to the New Year’s Eve ball? Beautiful gown, Martha! She looks absolutely stunning. I look forward to see where her handsome husband takes her on those dates.

I had to smile at the suggestion of 'New Year's Eve ball', since the plan has always been that Bianca would wear it then. 7/28/2020 01:13:41 am

Thanks. You have a good eye. Both my Elin and Cinnamon have party dresses made out of that same lace. I have the lace in a darker pink as well, and that was used for my very first Victorian gown back in 2012, which I sold. Comments are closed.
