I'm also starting to seriously work on photos from our road trip to the Pacific last spring. It's just 12 weeks until our summer road trip this year, and I really, really, want to have last year's photo album done before we go another trip and I come home with every memory card full of new photos. There's 20 days-worth of photos from last spring's trip to process, so that's about a day and a half worth of photos per week. It was one wet, stormy trip, but there's some great shots.
While I'm waiting to resolve the silver thread dilemma, I've decided to take a short break and make some tiny Renaissance outfits for my tiny girls. I have a special photo coming up soon, and I'd really like the girls to be dressed "period appropriate". I've gone through my brocade boxes and chose several combinations. Many of the fabrics are very old silks I bought many years ago. I'd love three gowns, but I need a minimum of two, so I'll see what I can do in just one week. It was so GREEN there, and the flowers were stunning! I'm so ready for flowers to bloom here!

We visited Oregon in the end of May last year (2012), and went north to Vancouver BC to visit out son. We also visited the Oregon coast up to Newport in the spring of 2009 on a cross-country trip to California.
