So now the little story about an attempted alien abduction is finally complete. Just click on the photo below to see how Nami saves the day.
We went down to the lake this evening. It was the perfect blue, cloudless sky, and the same lighting conditions as when I shot the UFO pictures a few weeks ago. I had wanted more advanced special effects, and we did try sparklers awhile back, but they proved a disaster. So I figured, since the UFO itself was "cheesy" the special effects of it's demise could be too.

It's BRILLIANT!!! :D I think that is the perfect way to "FOIL" their plot! The effects are great ( I couldn't see any wires, and I love her ray-gun ) Thank you for such a fun adventure.

So funny! The only thing missing is tiny aliens bobbing in the water after their UFO goes down.

That would truly be priceless! I did consider putting some tiny alien heads sticking up in the clear dome at the top of the UFO, but didn't own anything suitable, and there wasn't time to make any. Oh well, there's always next year.
