I love that puzzle. My husband phoned all over to find a store that carries it, and wouldn't you know, the one where my daughter lives had it. So she bought it for me.

I just came across this and was so excited! I am a designer and photographer in Kansas City, and I shot the image for this puzzle. I decorated the cake too, and I am so happy to see that it inspired you to create this beautiful artwork. Love it!

That's so cool! I love that puzzle. I expect the real cake tasted a lot better than my miniature one though, as all the strawberries, waffles, candies, nuts, and chocolate are made of polymer clay. The cakes themselves are styrofoam, and all the icing is drywall compound.

Well it’s really beautiful, you are an amazing artist! Do you sell the things you make? I’d buy that cake in a heartbeat!

No, I'm sorry, but I don't sell much of the things that I make. That's one of my favourite 'cakes' and it appears in stories every now and then. I also don't take commissions. Leave a Reply. |
