Cake Puzzle

My daughter gave me an early birthday gift of the Springbok puzzle that had
inspired the cake I made for Smuzhka Raccoon's birthday last year....

I love that puzzle. My husband phoned all over to find a store that carries it, and wouldn't you know, the one where my daughter lives had it. So she bought it for me.

I love puzzles that aren't too difficult, and take maybe an hour or two on an evening to finish. I don't have time to commit to working on one for a week.

I just came across this and was so excited! I am a designer and photographer in Kansas City, and I shot the image for this puzzle. I decorated the cake too, and I am so happy to see that it inspired you to create this beautiful artwork. Love it!

That's so cool! I love that puzzle. I expect the real cake tasted a lot better than my miniature one though, as all the strawberries, waffles, candies, nuts, and chocolate are made of polymer clay. The cakes themselves are styrofoam, and all the icing is drywall compound.

No, I'm sorry, but I don't sell much of the things that I make. That's one of my favourite 'cakes' and it appears in stories every now and then. I also don't take commissions.
