After the three commissioned outfits were already packed up, but not yet mailed, we were discussing appropriate toys for the three girls. Two of them could have tiny rag dolls, but what about Little Bluebird? After a bit of research, I discovered that a corn husk doll would be perfect. So I was inspired to quickly make one..... I even made a tiny, leather dress, with super tiny fringe, and painted to match. Of course I then wanted to take some photos of my little Indian girl holding her doll, but the outfit was already all packed up, so I put Byuri in her own Little Bluebird outfit. She loved the doll! I think I may have to make her a doll of her own.... I've been working through all the photos of my girls wearing the three commissioned outfits with the intention of making a Favourite Photos album for them. But there are so many photos, that it will take several albums to hold them all. Probably four albums divided by theme. Hopefully in between sewing the tiny corduroy outfits, I can make an album or two today.
