So, because there was nothing else to do, I spent the week tracing and scanning in some patterns. Now if I can just motivate myself to take the photos for them, then they can get released.
I seem to have hit a 'wall' as far as creativity goes, and one of the biggest signs that there's nothing going on, is that my 'main floor photo studio' gets to pretend it's actually a dining room table.... I'm not making anything, am not sewing anything, have no photo ideas, and can't decide what to start on next, so it's a good thing I have the 'Smiles for Today' or there'd be nothing to post. Of course the unseasonably hot weather this past week didn't help either.

You have been working so hard. A break is definitely in order.

Thanks. it just feels weird 'doing nothing'. I especially like doing handwork in the evenings while listening to the TV. It feels so weird just sitting there 'watching'.

There has been so much going on in life - in yours as well as in the world around us. And as Dorothy said, you've been working very hard all through it. Even in a down time creatively, you're still creative as evidenced by the lovely series of garden photos and the humourous description of your dining room table.

Thanks. We certainly are living through challenging times, plus I've been in major pain the past three weeks, which is exhausting. Then this crazy weather isn't helping either. I have a photo idea, but it's been too hot all week, and now it's too cold. Like, how about something nice in-between? Comments are closed.
