My SID Asa also lost the fancy gown she had been modelling, and is back in her own gown again. I wanted to take photos of her in the garden, but didn't want them looking identical to Carina's, so we moved the table off the patio and put it in the grass on the other side of the stone pillar, to make a 'similar' but 'different' setting....

She looks stunning in her gown. The flower colors frame her well.

Thanks! I bought that tea set at a doll show last weekend. I didn't really 'need' it, but the person selling it was a sweet old lady, and she said they found that tea set still in it's box when they were going through her mother's things after she passed away. I don't really use those bigger tea sets much, but had to buy something from her. And now I'm glad I did.

It's so sweet. I showed it to my Little Darling doll and now she wants one (laugh).

She does look lovely and the setting is beautiful. Your garden is incredibly pretty. It's interesting how Asa looks contemplative to me while Carina looked pensive. Each one seems to have her own character.

Thanks! They are both beautiful in their own way. They are two of my oldest dolls, purchased back in 2011 when Iplehouse had an event where it was selling the heads and bodies separately. I had had my eye on Asa for some time, and then they released Carina, who was also gorgeous, so I got one EID body with both heads. Charie painted both of them for me. But I found I didn't care for the floating head thing, and the following year did a split to get Asa her own SID body.

Absolutely exquisite in every way - everything works so perfectly in this series of photos. And the delightful little tea was such a lucky find. The scale looks great too!
