Finished Bianca's second 'Outlander' inspired outfit the other day. The gray arm warmers are meant to go with this combination, and I'm working on some brown ones for the green combo, as well as a cowl scarf for this one. but couldn't wait to take a few pictures....

Love these colors together. They look really good on her. Whole outfit looks so much better than tv's.

Thanks! It's pretty much identical to a photo I saved from the series, except I didn't have the exact same brown. This one doesn't look quite so 'red' in real. And I see that the cream fichu needs a bit of toning down, since the camera tends to blow it out.

I agree, these colours are beautiful together. I love the brown bodice and how the cuffs match the stomacher. The whole outfit is really, really nice and looks great on her.

Thanks! The colour choices all started with a trip to Value Village , and totally depended on what kinds of tiny plaids I could find there. This was a man's shirt, which I cut up. Then I chose a brown to go with it.

What a beautiful outfit. I like the arm warmers in this color for the outfit.

Thanks! The gray was always meant to go with this outfit, but I hadn't knit the pair for the first combo yet. Those are dark brown, and I'm working on them now (intermittently)
