Another Day, Another Storm

Normally a big snowfall is cause for excitement, but today the girls weren't in the mood....
Picture
They were focused on their upcoming holiday, and it was packing day...so, as the blizzard
raged and the snow piled up outside, they got busy gathering clothes for the trip.......
Picture
I'd made them some nice new spring clothes....

But the girls who weren't going on the trip were tired of hearing the others all
excited about their new clothes and the fun they were going to have. So they
went out into the blizzard to check on their snow fort...
Picture
What was left of the fort was buried deep under the fresh snow....

How on earth are you going to feel leaving some of them behind?! Look at her face in that last photo! Bless!
And I can't believe how much snow you have had overnight and today!!!

And I love the holiday clothes you have made.....so full of colour!

Yes, I know, that's why I took those photos - I was feeling so guilty. But it's really hard taking photos with a lot of dolls, so I thought I'd limit it to five. Even so they may not get much camera time. Last time we went to Florida I brought a doll and there were no photo ops at all.

Yes, we sure did get another big blast of winter again today! This is the snowiest winter in over 37 years - we've been buried since mid November.

Oh my ! What a delightful serie of photos ! Love love the first one, just wonderful ! The second one is also a delight, you are lucky to have such nice places at home to be able to take photos. I like the contrast of the vivid colors inside and the white outside. And of course I'm never tired of the photos of your girls in the snow.
