Prince Adrian went to talk to the Fairy Queen....
"Kassia, what are you doing out here??"

"I got tired of sitting around in the castle. You are out all day, chasing dragons and rescuing maidens in distress, but I never get to do anything...."

"I'm sorry Sweetie...."

"But you know that's my job!"

Adrian grabbed Cinnamon's bouquet...."Here's some flowers for you to take back to the castle. You can look at them when you make me a nice dinner."

"Forget that! I heard the woods were in bloom, so wanted to take a look for myself....so I came out here to see the flowers, and that's exactly what I'm going to do!"

Cinnamon quickly picked a new bouquet of flowers, and off they went again....

Adrian seemed puzzled...."What did I say??"

"I guess it will be 'take-out' again tonight...."

I'm laughing out loud! This sequence is really funny. It's a fairy tale version of "Men Are from Mars, Women Are from Venus". I love it!

I honestly didn't start out with this story line in mind, but the photos of him standing there with his hands spread apart , looking so apologetic, combined with her constant stern expression, just reminded me of the last time we saw these two together, when she wasn't exactly excited to be going back home to the castle with him. So I just went with it.

After all, not every Princess has a happy ending.

One of my favorite Hollywood fairy tales is Ever After staring Drew Barrymore. Her character is very independent. At one point SHE rescues the prince. That is my kind of woman!

I love that movie too, and their take on a classic fairytale.
