A Scabbard

With Jamie finally joining his family in the past, I thought it was high time to make a scabbard for his sword. Up until now, Milo had always worn the sword tucked into his belt, but that's not exactly the safest place for something that sharp. So Made a scabbard for it.

Grace presented it to him...

It was just like her own and Jude's, only smaller...

He put it on right away....

Then posing with his little sister, Bonnie....

Thanks. I figured he needed something to protect him from that sharp blade, so made him a scabbard just like both his parents.

I love that castle setting, esp when it's lit with candles.

They make such a nice family! I love how "family-like" you have them behaving. It makes them seem real and easy to relate to even in their medieval clothing and setting. Your posing is wonderful.

Thanks. The two kids are Jude's. I haven't decided if he's a widower. But probably. Grace will become their new Mom at some point.

I love trying to pose my dolls like they are real people interacting with each other. I love the Fashion sized dolls, and I'm so glad I introduced children into the stories. It makes it so much more interesting than just a bunch of fancy dressed adults standing around.
