Anyway, it was time to go back to school, and Talyssa was eager to show her friends....
When we were away up north, a few weeks ago, Tiny Talyssa's new hands finally arrived. It just took eleven months - even longer than for the doll itself. I'm very glad to finally have new hands for her, but the words 'Jpop' and 'speedy' are definitely not synonymous. Anyway, it was time to go back to school, and Talyssa was eager to show her friends.... "Look! No bandaid!!!" "It looks really good! Can't believe you won't need a bandaid anymore!" "It sure took long enough!!"

Glad they finally came through for you! I only recently got my mini Miki which took 10 months to arrive. I'm hoping for my mini Layla elf by Christmas at that rate. Sigh. I doubt I'll do anymore pre-orders with them for that reason. Love my resin girls, but I need to find a cheaper hobby if I want to retire anytime soon.

Ten-plus months seems to be the going wait time nowadays for anything from JpopDolls. I was tempted by mini Layla too, but with our dollar so low these days, and the Kaye Wiggs dolls being one of the most expensive type of doll out there, I seriously have to think about it before I order one. Which is why I waited until the very last minute to order a Mini Missy. I was so tempted by the new size, and really, really wanted to have one. Probably will be the only one.
