Long-Sleeve T-Shirt for BIDs and KIDs
The main pattern fits both Iplehouse BIDs and KIDs. The only difference is the sleeve lengths. Please note that this pattern is intended to be made up from stretchy knit fabric such as cotton jersey, which can be purchased by the yard, or cut from human-size T-shirts. The sleeves will most likely not fit over the doll's hands if a non-stretch fabric is used.
I initially developed this pattern so I'd have a long-sleeve top to go under sun-dresses in cooler weather.

*Design Option
I always look for tiny striped jersey at the secondhand used clothing stores. Ladies tops provide the most 'fabric', while baby
onesies sometimes have interesting embroidered characters on the front, small enough to fit in the middle of a doll's T-shirt.

I always pre-wash the used clothing, and cut it apart completely so i have flat 'fabric' to work with. To make a T-shirt with a design
on the front, place the front pattern piece carefully over the embroidered figure, paying attention to position it higher up on the
chest (not right in the middle) Cut out, and sew as per instructions above, and you'll have a one-of-a-kind top for your doll.
