This outfit was recycled from an authentic handmade Indian sari ensemble. The sleeveless dress has an embroidered medallion on the front of the lined bodice, which is hand-beaded with gold beads and embellished with ribbon and paper roses. The separate sleeves are made from two more embroidered medallions, and are beaded along the bottom and upper edges. The sleeves are open from the elbows down and do up with snap fasteners for a nice close fit.
Under her dress she wears a pink petticoat with an orange lace-edged ruffle.
Her veil has three original embroidered edges. In her hair she wears two clusters of paper and ribbon roses, and around her neck she wears a hand-beaded necklace.
