Elf & Dragon Adventures
A series of new photos taken to complete the Dragon Adventures book. The new photos were needed to fill in the time between the trips out west and to Newfoundland, and includes their planning, leaving, and returning home, in order to provide a seamless story.
Planning Their Next Trip
The dragons enjoyed travelling to see the beauty of the world around them, and were trying to decide where they might want to go next...
"There's so many places we've not been yet."
"I think it would be nice to explore more of our own realm of Canada..."
"That's one huge realm." noted Sparkle,
as Scorch studied a more regional map...
Winston pulled out a map of the far west...
"I think we should go here, to the far west in our realm, and explore the mountains. I hear they are spectacular."
"Yes!! We'd love to go see some mountains!"
A Farewell Dinner
Lily had invited the dragons to come for dinner before leaving on their trip. Saphira and the kids arrived just as Lily was putting a pie out on the windowsill to cool.
"It sure looks yummy!" commented Saphira.
"It's for dessert." replied Lily.
When dinner was ready, Larry and Winston put out the picnic tables, and everyone took a seat. Lily had made a huge pot of spaghetti...
It was everyone's favourite...and she dished out large bowls full...
"This is delicious, Dear."
"It sure is," agreed Winston.
"Would you like some more?" offered Lily.
Wilbur and the Chickens
As everyone was enjoying their spaghetti dinner, Wilbur was feeling a bit left out.
Nuri noticed, "You want some too?"
Everyone else was too busy eating and engaged in conversation to notice...

But Nuri wanted to share with Wilbur and the chickens...
Their parents seemed oblivious...

Lily & Saphira React
The kids were feeding Wilbur and the chickens.
Winston and Larry were too busy eating to notice...

but Lily finally noticed...
"Wilbur!" she scolded, "You know better than to be begging at the dinner table."
Saphira also noticed.
"What are you children doing?"
"It's alright." continued Lily. "It's just that Wilbur already had her dinner."
'Well, we'll all help clean up."
Leaving
After the little dragons helped clean up, it was time to leave. Larry and Lily waved good-bye. "Have a great trip1"
And the dragons flew off...
"Now, everyone make sure to stay together."
the Trip Out West
The dragons flew for two whole days to reach the mountains....
When they crossed the mountains and reached the ocean, they met a new friend, Byuri, a little native girl

She led them on hikes through the rain forest....
...and introduced them to her big sister...
They visited a kingdom ruled by another dragon...
They came across Maya on his journey out west, and enjoyed a chicken dinner with him....
Byuri showed them some of the most spectacular places in the mountains...
When it was time to start back for home, they posed with one last photo with her...
