Harvesting the Flowers

Knowing that all the dandelions were completely free of weed-killers and other poisons, Willie decided she wanted to make some dandelion wine. So several of her friends offered to come along to help her gather the flowers....

Willie climbed up into the cart and packed down the flowers, as everyone brought them...

Nami and Winston picked huge armloads.....

It was a beautiful spring day, when Willie invited several of her friends to help her with the annual dandelion wine production....

Winston was the expert brew-master, so it was his job to gently simmer the dandelion flowers....

..while Nami and Tillie bottled some of the wine....

...and Cinnamon poured the rest into clay wine jars....

Willie made sure that only the best dandelions were headed into the pot....

It was quite the production....

Willie's wine had become very popular, and she had quite a list of orders.
Which meant making even more wine than usual, and she was very pleased with the results....

Cinnamon was getting tired. "How much more are we making??"

"I think we need to make double what we made last year."

"Just keep those pots boiling!"

"I'll sort some more dandelions...."

"And we'll keep bottling...."

"I've almost run out of jars...."

"There's some barrels in the back, which need filling too..."

"And here I was hoping that we were almost done...."

"I think this will be the best wine we've made yet!"

Wine Delivery

Willie's team had made a lot of wine, but there wasn't enough space to store everything while it aged,
so some of the bigger orders needed to be shipped off right away.
"That big barrel needs to go..."..... as Willie checked her list of orders.......Winston loaded it into the cart....

Winston was great for making quick air deliveries of the smaller orders,
but this barrel was way too big and heavy, so it was going by surface - Unicorn Cart - delivery.....
