She was designed as a companion doll for Lancelot, who was released earlier this year...

I was really pleased with both of them, as they ended up almost identical to my samples.

I always enjoy photographing my own dolls wearing my costume samples before they are sent off to Hong Kong, and I decided to share some of them here for the first time...

They did a great job recreating your sample! She is really pretty.

I love the photos of your own dolls wearing your original designs, They would make lovely illustrations for a children's storybook!

Thanks! I always take all kinds of photos of my dolls in the sample outfits before I send them, as it will take years before I get them back. I've just never shared any of those photos before. But I do plan on eventually making a book with all my favourite RRFF photos, including many of the sample ones. But it won't be in the form of a storybook, just a picture book.

Thanks. I was pleasantly surprised when they showed me their production prototype.

I've never shared any photos of dolls in my sample outfits, as I wasn't sure RRFF would approve. Plus I didn't want to invite comparison. These dolls are supposed to be 'collaborations', which means RRFF has some say as well. They are totally within their right to make changes. And sometimes they can't source something similar to what I used in my samples, so have to go with something else.
