Aeran is so pretty. I love that name. The mountains seem magical.

The photo was taken at Bow Lake, which is up the Icefields Parkway in Banff National Park. The Icefields Parkway is one of the most beautiful roads in the world, heading north from Banff to Jasper through the heart of the Rockies along three river valleys, for 230 Km.

Aeran was my second Narae, and since I'm terrible at naming dolls, I just reversed the spelling.

The scenery is so spectacular! Your adventurers look right at home in this wilderness setting. Your photos make them look so ifelike. As difficult as it would be to pick a favourite, I'd have to say the last shot would be it. The group is very lifelike and full of activity,

I've had the privilege of traveling this beautiful highway once and probably never will have the opportunity again. "Traveling" with your adventurers is a bit like being there. Thank you for reminding me of happy memories.

Thanks! It is a spectacular road, especially on a sunny day. Which is why we drove it several times.

I had hoped to take a lot more doll photos along the way, but most of the overlooks and pull-offs were so crowded. This scene was shot at the picnic area on the south end of Bow Lake. There was just one other car there, so it wasn't intimidating. There was still piles of snow in the trees, but it was too dirty to use. So I chose this spot where the stream from the previous post flows out into the lake. Unfortunately the group of travellers was shaded by a tree, so they ended up just silhouettes against the mountains, and I didn't feel like doing the whole thing over the next two times we passed by there.
