Tea with Friends
There wasn't much opportunity to take photos in the Scillas this year. Along the town line they were overgrown with dog strangling vines, and the ones in my backyard seemed much more sparse than usual due to the weird winter we'd had. The weather also didn't cooperate during their short blooming period. So Willie and Winston wanted to take advantage of the one good day and have tea together in the flowers....

May 4th is Star Wars Day, and in my imaginary, alternate universe Luke and Leia were not separated at birth, but grew up together....
...and one of their favourite things to do was to play with all their Empire action figures...
...and Luke would always defeat all the bad guys...

May the 4th was not only Star Wars Day, but it's also Naked Gardening Day. It's the day gardeners are encouraged to tend their gardens naked, just like nature intended...

With the nicer weather finally having arrived, Willie and Winston made it a point to get together as often as they could,

The family outhouse was undergoing some renovations, and the door had been taken off so it would be easier to paint. But Avery needed to go, and couldn't wait, so he hoped no one else would be passing by.
But after he did his business, the roll of toilet paper was empty. What to do??

Pythons
It was time for the annual snake migration, so Gino, Nolan, and Otto, went out to meet them...
...and make sure they didn't come through their village and scare the children.
"It's nice to see you again," said Nolan,
"...but, like usual, we'd like you to take a small detour to the west around our village"
